WHO WE ARE


Pedro Rosario is an accountant and an Enroll Agent (EA) registered Tax Return Preparer with more than 23 years of experience in all areas of financial management. He was most recently Controller of Interboro Systems Corp. Pedro was responsible for all facets of the financial management of the company including; financial reporting, general accounting, tax compliance, tax strategy, payroll, risk management, and liaison with external auditors. Prior to that he was a Senior Manager with Vicente Pardo CPA where he served middle market companies across a variety of industries. Pedro was responsible for designing and improving financial processes, implementing financial systems, developing capitalization strategies, developing and implementing tax strategies and implementing strategic cost reduction. 

Pedro received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Universidad de Puerto Rico. He is an Enroll Agent with the Internal Revenue Service since 2006.
